How it works when you order photocards at Scrapits

We are pleased that you have decided to order custom photo cards from us. Before you place your order be sure you understand the process. This will ensure the smoothest possible transaction! We know you have other things to tend to while preparing for this special occasion so it's important to us to that this is the least of your worries.

• After making your payment you will need to email us your photo along with wording to shannon @ scrapits.com. On most of our photo cards there is room for up to 10 lines of text with 40 characters per line. This could be more or less depending on the size of photo card you choose and how many pictures you are using.
• Email your unedited, uncropped photograph(s) .jpg or .gif format.
  Please Note If you are using photos taken by a professional we will require a signed release from the photographer on their letterhead stating that they have granted permission to reprint the photos on our photocards. You can fax that to us at 719-843-0320. If you're taking digital pictures be sure your camera is set to the highest resolution. If you're scanning photos make sure your scanner is set to the highest resolution as well. You can also mail me a photo and I can scan it for you and return it with the invitations.
• After receiving the photo and all necessary information, we will create a proof and email it to you. This usually takes about 48 hours. If there's anything on the proof that you are unsatisfied with let us know. We'll do three proofs free of charge. Any proofs done after that will cost $5.00 each.
• Once the final proof is accepted the creation process begins. You should recieve them within 10-14 business days after the final proof is accepted.
• White 70 lb envelopes are included with every order.
