Shipping and Returns for Scrapits Scrapbook Pages and Photocards
Here at Scrapits.com, customer service is key. I will do everything possible to make sure you are
satisfied with your product. If you are ordering photocards I will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your proof.
Once the proof is accepted, the photocards will be ordered. You should receive your photocards within 5-7 business days after
final proof is accepted.
We will ship your scrapbook pages within 24 hours of receiving your order unless
it is received on the weekend or a holiday. In that case your order will be shipped on the following business day.
We take special care when packaging and shipping your keepsake pages and photocards.
Once we have created your order, the items are slipped into a page protector sheet along with a copy of the Paypal receipt. They are then placed in a shipping envelope along
with a backer board, ensuring that your items will not get bent or folded during shipping. We assure you that your pages and/or photocards will arrive in
excellent condition!
Because the scrapbook pages are personalized we do not offer refunds. The pages are created carefully, however now and then mistakes do happen. If by chance a name has been mis-spelled or a wrong date has
been used we will be more than happy to replace your page with the correct information. If this has happened, please do the following:
1. Return your page to: Scrapits, PO Box 328, Manassa, CO 81141. The incorrect page can be folded and put in a legal size envelope.
2. Include a note with the correct information
3. Be sure to include your shipping address
Once we have received the correct information we will ship the page to you immediately.
